天美麻豆 served as underwriter’s counsel in connection with a social bond offering issued by the California Health Facilities Financing Authority for the benefit of On Lok Senior Health Services. On Lok pioneered the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly “(PACE”), a comprehensive care model for frail and elderly individuals. PACE allows the elderly to remain in their communities, rather than going to a nursing home or similar facility. The bond issue represents the first social bond issue for a PACE provider.
