Mr. Handler practices in the firm鈥檚 healthcare and higher education group. Since joining the firm in 2007, he has represented various bond issuing authorities, qualified 501(c)3 i天美麻豆 and investment banking firms in connection with a multitude of hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility, retirement community, college, university, independent school and cultural institution tax-exempt and taxable bond financings.
